I'm so thankful that a friend posted Kyndra's agency on fb. The level of care and attention to detail is the service I loved about having a State Farm agent. I was with another agent (who I wont name but I did an review on them)and it completely lost my trust in the company. For over a year I would never get call backs and they always made excuses to their operations. I was so helpless and need help. From the first phone call I was put at ease. Kyndra went above and beyond for to get my situation resolved.
