"I made my payment the other day. I let them know I made my payment. The lady I spoke with said my payment was declined. I tried to explain to her that the 1st payment was declined the second one went through. My bank says it went through on there State Farm app it shows it went through. She was rude, she was yelling at me telling me I didn’t pay my bill that I needed to make another payment. Just really unprofessional. I will be switching know because of the way this lady spoke to me the other day."
