"I had a house and auto policy with Kyndra for one year. From the start, it felt like Charlie, her employee, was constantly messing things up and causing a lot of extra work for me. When I went to find a new insurance company, I found out Charlie had cancelled my auto policy without my consent or knowledge over a month prior. He swore up and down that I told him to do it over the phone, so I pulled up my phone records to show I had never called them the day he cancelled it. Seriously, why would I cancel my auto insurance out of the blue without having a new policy lined up? Then, once I proved I couldn't have cancelled it myself, they swore up and down that it wasn't a big deal. I know for a fact that if I had been in a car crash, they would have been a nightmare to deal with since I had supposedly canceled my policy. They acted like it wasn't a big deal that I was driving without car insurance!! Kyndra and Charlie lied straight to my face several times, and they eventually stopped answering my calls. When I went to their office during business hours, the entire place was empty and lights turned off. It was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Finding new insurance was also incredibly difficult because I had a lapse on my record, but I eventually found a place that actually saved me money! Save yourself the grief; there are other State Farm reps in the area that must be more competent (since the bar is on the floor)!!"
